Hotel Reservations at the Marina Bay Sands are Closed!

 

A number of hotel rooms have been booked at special group rates.

Any requests for hotel accommodation must be accompanied by a Credit Card number, in order to secure the room. This Credit Card will not be charged by the organizers but will be charged from April 16, 2016 by the hotel -EXCEPT Marina Bay Sands-.

In case of late cancellation or no show, the room will be charged on the Credit Card.

 

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to Apr 15, 2016, no cancellation fees will be charged

  • As of Apr 16, 2016 reservation is final and any cancellation will be charged in full (entire duration of stay booked) to the guest's credit card
